Hours: we are open from 7:30 to 5:30 Ages: entering Kindergarten* through entering 5th grade Dates: May – August We continue to offer free breakfast and lunch, following USDA guidelines as well as yummy inventive snacks this summer! Who doesn’t love snacks?! On top of all the great activities that BLAST has to offer like drift bikes, inflatables, water slides, assemblies, gyms, and activities, we will also get to experience field trips such as bowling, mini golf, parks, zoos, swimming, day trips to Camp Luther, and more! Activity sign ups will be posted each week and will be an additional charge of $5 per activity. Bring your water bottle, a book, a pair of socks, and tell your friends to come hang out at 1C with us this summer. We’ll be having a BLAST! *Children entering Kindergarten are allowed to come to BLAST on a part-time basis, as BLAST is not licensed as a childcare program. If you are interested in our childcare program, please contact us and ask us about Bright Start's Childcare and Preschool. All scholarship submissions must be put in by May 1st. BLAST does not accept state subsidies unless under the foster care system.
